These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of StatX website statxacademy.com, application, products, services, subscriptions, and any other modes of access, including SD cards, tablets, or other storage or transmitting devices (“Services” or “Products”), and constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User/You”) and StatX (“Company/We/Us”). By accessing, registering, subscribing, or using the Services or Products in any manner, whether free, trial-based, or paid, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms, the StatX Privacy Policy, and any other policies, guidelines, or instructions issued from time to time by the Company, and you accept that these Terms shall prevail in the event of any conflict with other policies. Your use of the Services or Products constitutes your consent to these Terms, and if you do not agree, you must immediately cease use of the Services, Products, or Website. Access, registration, or use of any part of the Services or Products is non-transferable, and no third party may access your account or use your subscription without express written consent from StatX.
All content, materials, software, text, images, graphics, audio, video, logos, trademarks, service marks, or other intellectual property (“Proprietary Information”) available on the Website. You are granted only a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal, and non-commercial right to access and use the Proprietary Information for educational or personal purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile, create derivative works from, transmit, display, perform, publish, license, or otherwise exploit any Proprietary Information without prior written consent from StatX. Certain content may be owned by third parties and used with permission; you are prohibited from using such content without explicit consent from the rights holder. Any unauthorized use of the Proprietary Information or third-party content constitutes infringement of intellectual property rights and may result in civil or criminal liability.
You agree not to engage in any activity that is unlawful, harmful, offensive, abusive, threatening, defamatory, obscene, hateful, discriminatory, invasive of privacy, or otherwise objectionable while using the Services or Products. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to, harassing, stalking, intimidating, or impersonating any person or entity; transmitting viruses, malware, spyware, trojans, worms, or other harmful code; interfering with the operation, functionality, or security of the Services; accessing or attempting to access unauthorized accounts or systems; using automated systems, scripts, robots, or other means to copy, monitor, scrape, or reproduce content; or otherwise disrupting, impairing, or limiting the functionality or availability of the Services. You also agree not to use the Services, Products, or Website for commercial purposes, advertising, soliciting donations, or selling any part of the Services without express written permission from StatX.
The Services and Products are designed to supplement structured curriculum-based learning and educational content and are intended solely for educational enhancement, clarification of concepts, and guidance in study. They are not a substitute for formal academic education or curriculum-based instruction, and subscription or use of the Services or Products does not guarantee admission to any educational institution, passing of examinations, achievement of specific grades, or attainment of any academic outcome. Users under 18 years of age may access the Services or Products only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian, and such consent is deemed acceptance of these Terms on behalf of the minor. The Company shall not be responsible for any misuse, inaccuracies, or consequences arising from registration or use by minors. You warrant that all information provided is accurate, complete, and up to date, and that parental or guardian consent has been obtained where required. StatX reserves the right to terminate access if eligibility requirements are not met or if information provided is found to be false or misleading.
Account security is your responsibility. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account, login credentials, and personal information, and for any activity occurring under your account. You agree to log out at the end of each session and immediately notify StatX of any unauthorized use or breach of your account. StatX may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to your account at its discretion if security concerns arise. Access to Services depends on external factors, including internet availability and third-party infrastructure, and StatX cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.
By registering, you expressly consent to receive communications from StatX regarding product updates, notifications, promotional messages, educational guidance, mentoring, and study-related support via email, SMS, telephone, or other communication channels. StatX may monitor usage of the Services and Products, including downloads, progress, activity, and engagement, to provide guidance, feedback, mentoring, or support. Access to certain features, such as doubt clearance, personalized mentoring, or other interactive elements, may be subject to fair usage policies or the discretion of StatX, and subscription does not guarantee automatic access to all features.
User-generated content may be contributed to certain interactive features of the Services. StatX reserves the right to review, edit, moderate, remove, or reject any user-generated content, whether before or after posting, and is not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or quality of such content. You are solely responsible for any content you post, transmit, or share, and you agree to indemnify and hold StatX, its officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from such content, including claims of infringement, defamation, or violation of rights. Any feedback provided to StatX is deemed non-confidential and may be used freely by StatX without obligation to compensate you, except where otherwise agreed.
The Services, Products, and Website are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, timeliness, completeness, or non-infringement. StatX shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or other losses, arising from your access, use, or inability to use the Services, Products, or Website, including third-party content, external systems, or user-generated content. You agree to indemnify and hold StatX harmless against all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or Products, violations of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
StatX reserves the right to suspend, terminate, modify, discontinue, or remove any aspect of the Services, Products, or Website at its discretion, to limit or remove access to specific features, or to amend pricing, functionality, or Terms at any time without prior notice. Any breach of these Terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account, disclosure of your information to authorities where legally required, and civil or criminal liability.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh, and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in Bangladesh for any disputes arising from your access, registration, or use of the Services, Products, or Website. StatX makes reasonable efforts to provide support and address concerns, and you may contact support@statxacademy.com for assistance. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable guidelines, constitute the entire agreement between you and StatX regarding your access to and use of the Services, Products, or Website, and supersede all prior communications, agreements, or understandings.
Certificate Issuance Policy
At StatX, verified certificates are awarded only to learners who complete all course requirements. The following terms and conditions apply to certificate issuance:
- All certificates issued by StatX are Verified E-Certificates.
- Certificates must be generated by learners directly from their enrolled course dashboard upon successful completion of the course requirements.
- Learners will be eligible to generate a certificate only after achieving 100% course completion. The certificate generation option will not be available until all completion requirements have been fulfilled.
- To achieve 100% course completion, learners must:
• Complete all lessons and modules by marking them as “Mark as Complete“.
• Submit all required assignments through the designated assignment section.
• Obtain a minimum score of 30 out of 100 in the assignment evaluation conducted by the course instructor.
A course will be considered fully completed only after all of the above requirements have been met. - Once the course is completed, a “View Certificate” button will become available within the course dashboard. Learners can use this option to generate and download their certificate.
- Learners who do not achieve the minimum passing score of 30/100 may revise and resubmit their assignment(s). A maximum of three (3) submission attempts will be permitted.
- Assignment deadlines, evaluation criteria, submission guidelines, and other relevant information will be available within the course’s Assignment section. Learners are responsible for reviewing and complying with these requirements.
- The primary objective of StatX is not merely to issue certificates but to ensure that every learner gains practical knowledge, develops relevant skills, and achieves meaningful learning outcomes. Therefore, all learners are required to meet the established assessment and completion standards before a certificate is awarded.
