StatX Refund & Exchange Policy

A refund request shall be deemed valid only if submitted within forty-eight (48) hours from the time of purchase or registration. Such requests must be submitted via email support@statxacademy.com and must clearly state the student’s registered email address and the phone number used during registration with StatX Academy. StatX delivers short-term professional training programs in both online and offline modes. These programs are structured as intensive learning modules, typically comprising 10-20 hours of instruction and generally completed within 4–10 days.

Refund Eligibility Criteria:
A refund request may be considered eligible only if all of the following conditions are satisfied:
• The request is submitted within forty-eight (48) hours of purchase or registration.
• The applicant provides a valid and justifiable reason for the refund.
• The course content materially deviates from or fails to include what was originally promised.

Non-Eligibility for Refund:
Refund requests shall not be considered under the following circumstances:
• Requests submitted after forty-eight (48) hours of purchase or registration.
• The learner has accessed a substantial portion of the course content or attended sessions.
• The course is classified as a short workshop, recorded module, assessment-only content, or limited-session program.
• The course has previously been exchanged under any refund or exchange request.
• The user has violated StatX community guidelines or platform policies.
• The request is made without a valid or reasonable justification.

Refund Processing Procedure:
• Upon approval of a refund request, a confirmation email/SMS shall be issued containing the Transaction ID or Reference Number.
• The enrolled course shall be removed from the user’s account upon successful processing of the refund.
• Re-enrollment in the same course shall require a new purchase.
• Approved refunds shall be processed to the original payment method EPS Payment Gateway Service’s Policy within 3-5 working days from the date of approval.
• 2% EPS gateway charge is not refundable. You’ll get back the remaining amount.

Exchange Policy:
An exchange request shall be deemed valid only if submitted within forty-eight (48) hours from the time of purchase or registration. Requests must be submitted via email support@statxacademy.com to StatX Academy, including the student’s registered email address and phone number used during registration with StatX Academy.
• A course may be exchanged only once, subject to the following conditions:
  – The course has not been previously exchanged under  any circumstances, and
  – At the time of request, another course is actively running on the StatX platform, and the learner is eligible for enrollment through exchange, and
  – The newly selected course is of equal or higher value than the existing course.
• Exchange requests shall only apply to courses currently available and actively running at the time of the request.
• In cases where the selected course has a higher fee, the user shall be required to pay the difference in amount.

Policy Amendments:
StatX Academy reserves the right to amend, modify, or update this policy at its sole discretion at any time, as deemed necessary for operational, administrative, or policy-related requirements.
